Je n'ai malheureusement pas de contexte, ça fait partie d'une liste de l'équipement de base qu'une voiture doit avoir :
"- Technical Package (if not available: alarm system)"
S'agit-il d'un ensemble "toutes options" ? Mes recherches sur Google m'envoient sur plusieurs pistes sans pour autant me donner de réponse...
