  -> Strength/résistance with t is implicit when talking of creep? I suppose that could be added: but one is not translating the definition of creep, just "compressive creep strength".

disagree  kashew: tassement is the usual translation for settlement, which is not exactly the same as creep. And, your 11 words make the thing a bit long, even for French!

  -> "Tassement" is also the translation of "compression", and that's what it's about in this context.
