English term or phrase: No sanding through of the workpiece
Features
• Can be used wet or dry
• Extremely conformable
• No sanding through of the workpiece
• Ultra Fine grits available

Places with limited access, such as door handle depressions,

"Sanding", ponçage, is not the same as "sandblasting", sablage!
The test specifies that the "sanding pad" is so much better than "emery paper". This makes it very clear that it's about "ponçage".
Ever heard of "sablage" with emery paper?

no sanding through of the workpiece

Example sentence(s):
