disagree  Didier Caizergues: Un moteur pointu, autrement dit un moteur dont la courbe de couple est décalée vers le haut de la plage de régimes, avec un pic marqué ; ici, le texte source estime que délivrer 82% de son couple maximal à 2500 t/mn c'est bien, mais qu'il reste "pointu"

  -> Screamer pointu ??? Je ne pense pas qu'il s'agisse du même niveau de langue et ce n'est pas contradictoire.
