dual-foot (tyre) gauge
jauge (de pression pneus) à deux pieds


Explanation:
From the attached web site, it is clear that it is a tyre pressure gauge. This is important as a "jauge pneu" can refer to a tyre tread gauge (to measure how worn they are).
Not completely sure about the "deux pieds" although this is used in other similar contexts, but couldn't find an identical reference.
