poussières industrielles

Explanation:
In this context I prefer to suggest "poussières industrielles" (retombées industrielles is correct too) because it seems we have to deal with a dust filtering system before this dust become fallout. If I'm not wrong we refer to fallout for dust (particules) in the atmosphere falling in the surrounding area.
