In a technical worksheet, I have this term, and I cannot find a way to express it : appareil de serrage de mise à terre ??

Explanation:
If 'clamp' is a verb in the imperative, then of course F-X's answer is the correct one.

However, if 'clamp' is a noun, then it could be interpreted this way. Do note that the exact form and function of this 'clamp' will undoubtedly influence the term needed to translate it, so 'pince' is only one of several possibilities

Of course, there's yet another possibility: that it is a grounding device in the form of a clamp!

Although JML has suggested this interpretation with his 'collier', I would have some reservations about that actual translation; certainly, 'collier' translates one kind of clamp — but I'm not at all sure that this would necessarily be the type of clamp used here. As ever, only more context could help to resolve this multiple ambiguity.
