Ce que je veux dire est que les fabricants d'automobiles préparent des séries pour exportation vers certains pays, où certains équipements sont obligatoires. Les deux exemples, feux antibrouillard et alarmes, me semblent bien correspondre à ce type d'équipement qui est obligatoire / ou pas en fonction de la législation du pays importateur.
