Bonjour,

je traduis un texte parlant de motos. À un moment, deux motos font la course, et une fois la course terminée, un des deux conducteurs demande à l'autre :
- And what was the ET on that?
- It was 9-27.

J'ai trouvé que "ET" se traduisait par "déport de roue", mais je ne sais pas à quoi correspondent les chiffres "9-27". Auriez-vous une idée ?

Explanation:
ET est plus que probablement "elapsed time" mais "9-27" me gêne, non seulement à cause du tiret, mais parce que je n'imagine ni un écart ni un temps au tour de 9'27". Ici encore, davantage de contexte serait bien utile. Que veut dire exactement "font la course"??? Sur circuit, sur route ouverte? À l'occasion d'une épreuve sportive ? D'un essai?

Par ailleurs, pour mémoire, même en admettant qu'on puisse justifier l'utilisation théorique du terme déport de roue sur une moto, le paramètre n'est utilisé que sur des véhicules à plus de 2 roues. Sans compter qu'il n'a aucune place dans la discussion en question.
