Automotive / Cars & Trucks | | English term or phrase: service advisor | in a garage for example this is the person that liaises between the customer and the mechanic. so service in the sense that it's the service departement (departement d'entretien) of a garage or dealership and advisor because he doesn't carry out the work but advises (and sells to) the customer.
conseiller d'entretien? but can't find any instances of this used in this particular job/field on eg google, nor consultant.
