Explanation:
"Faire installer une nouvelle chaudière" irait mieux dans ce contexte, car on compare des interventions techniques : réparation automobile, réparation informatique. Un four est plus facile à installer. Je propose donc chaudière plutôt que four, d'autant que furnace ne se traduit quasiment jamais par four en Français.
