The difference between the concept of in-service date and “Date of Sale/ Max Kms” is simple if you begin with the end in mind. Simply ask yourself…
"When will both policies expire?” When the expiration dates match, the policies are equally compared.
Here is an example of how a 72/160 in-service date policy
and a 36/100 date of sale policy expire at the same time, therefore providing the exact same level/length of coverage… |
