English term or phrase:using the tissue: volume ratios and corrected for assay bias
Following the interpolation from the standard curve, the concentrations of the proteins in the cotton tissue extracts were transformed to microgram protein per gram fresh weight of tissue using the tissue: volume ratios and corrected for assay bias.
