Que signifie "heavy duty" par opposition à "normal duty" pour un produit chimique de nettoyage/désinfection utilisé dans l'agro-alimentaire ? Haute efficacité / Pour surfaces fortement souillées /
Usage intensif ? Est-ce que ça peut être les 3 ? J'ai posé la question au client mais il ne répond pas. Merci d'avance

Ce qui signifie dans le domaine du nettoyage : soit pour nettoyage difficile (http://bouticecoplus.st-ecoplus.fr/WebRoot/ce_fr2/Shops/2690... soit pour nettoyage de surfaces étendues.

Donc qu'il doit être puissant !

Le terme peut aussi vouloir dire "pour lavage industriel" ou "à usage industriel", mais je crois que "gros travaux" reste suffisamment vague pour tout englober.
