Asker: J'ai finalement opté pour «croisement gagnant», mais mon second choix aurait été «affinité génétique». Ces 2 termes proviennent de l'article cité par Sean Sheehan, que vous aviez mis sur la piste avec votre proposition «croisement» (mais que je trouve trop générique)

Bon, Pascale était plus rapide que moi...!
Il est vrai que 'croisement' est un terme générique Robert, mais de nos jours il paraît qu'il est entendu signifier (dans les haras etc) exactement ce qu'on entend par 'nick'... voir lien. HTH
