I believe it is referring to binding properties and/or cell activation, in immune response.

Explanation:
Cd86 est une porteine de liason necessaire a l'activation des cellules T plus cette proteine est activee plus les cellules T le seront aussi. si un miolecule reste associeee plus longtemps a CD86 les cellule T seront activees plus fortement.
Par contre je ne vois pas ce que serait product G
il faudrait plus de contexte.
