J'ai effectué quelques recherches et je pense qu'il faut laisser ici le terme "capsicum" mais comment l'associer à peptide? "Les peptides de" ou "le peptide de"? Mes recherches sur Google n'ont rien donné....

La famille des capsicum regroupe aussi bien les piments que les poivrons, je pense qu'il faut donc garder capsicum.
La teneur en capsaïcine qu'ils contiennent a des applications thérapeuthiques (arthrose) ou autres (bodybuilding)
