Use the Accounting Entries panel to process all direct journal entries. Notice that, in the example above, the amount of the direct journaled entries has been automatically entered in the Amount field at the top of this panel
The Acctg Date field defaults to today’s date, though you can enter a different date, if necessary. This date becomes the accounting date for all pending items created from the payment
When you have created all user accounting lines for the direct journal payments, clicking Create will automatically create the offsetting accounting entries for these payments to the General Ledger Employee advance repayment
