see below Explanation: C'tait une bonne décision de la part du Jury, pour qui la seule erreur fut de donner des cours à des banquiers d'affaires sur les dangers de communiquer l'état actuel des choses à des gens tels que moi. Mon français est peut-etre un peu maladroit, mais je crois bien vous avoir transmis le sens! Pour le vocab plutot familier, voici quelques indications : blot one's copy book = tarnir sa réputation (littéralement : faire une tache d'encre sur sa copie) dish out = donner, distribuer, administrer state of play = état des lieux,(pour savoir où on en est) Hope this helps Nikki Collins & Robert |
