English term or phrase: IRA (Individual Retirement Account). Traditional I
"You can't convert from a Traditional IRA (Individual Retirement Account) to a Roth IRA if your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) is over $100,000 in the year that you convert."
Thank you very much for your help.
French translation:see below
I'm afraid that these are all US tax terms with no strict French equivalent. Try something like this: "Il est impossible de convertir un IRA traditionnel (Individual Retirement Account/compte d"épargne de retraite individuel) en un "Roth IRA" si votre revenu brute, apres les déductions autorisées (Adjusted Gross income/revenu brute adapte) depasse les $XXX pour l'année de conversion." Good luck.

Fonds de pension
There is no equivalent for the expression IRA. You have to write fonds de pension (for retirement fund). So it will be fonds de pension traditionnel and fonds de pension ROTH with an asterisk and a footnote explaining briefly what rules apply to the ROTH IRA you'll also have to specify it applies to the United States.
