Don´t really know the term, but
According to lawyers the trade dress is the concept of the company.
For instance: Mcdonalds. The trade dress would inolve the colors (packaging, facade of the facilities, staff uniforms), name of the products (Bigmac, quarter pounder), and even that Ronald McDonald guy :)
