Si c'est pour donner un ordre de grandeur général. A voir selon votre contexte.

Par exemple, pour une relocalisation "Nous avons emmenagé dans des locaux de 4800 m2..."

On ne dirait pas vraiment "dans 4830 m2" dans ce contexte.

J'imagine que la superficie de cette usine ne fait de toute façon pas exactement "52,000 square feet" ! On ne doit pas hésiter à arrondir.
