I would use the above, and translate "strategies" later in the sentence by a synonym like "politiques".

I agree with Norman's suggestion, but think that here you want the Plan (Stratégie) rather than the activity (gestion).

PS: PLAN COMPTABLE serait sans doute mieux que "plan de comptes"
