New Contract business includes
• New support agreement for customer sites without any existing agreements for the last twenty-four (24) months.
• New department at present customer site with the following criteria
must be different budget holder to existing support agreement
must be a separate PO
• At the first annual renewal point all new contracts are deemed to be contract renewals for the purposes of commission payments
• For the avoidance of doubt Agent must declare any new business on submission of customer PO to XXX. XXX will validate this claim at the point of order acceptance, such validation not to be unreasonably withheld.
