Interpreting the source text 15:40 Jul 19, 2010
Whilst I have little idea how to best formulate this in FR, I think I do have a pretty good idea as to how to interpret the source text — which seems to be at odds with the interpretation of our 2 contributors so far.
I believe that this is nothing to do with placing an order and getting a reward as a result. I think the person is actually placing an order just for the reward itself, which is why they say that 'placing the order' 'constitutes an offer' (to accept the) 'Reward' — it's a bit of an odd concept and way of expressing it, but I think there may be more to this than meets the eye, and since this seems like some kind of legal rules or conditions, it's probably going to be very important to get it just right!
I think basically they're saying "You asked for it!" — and it probably means you'll be deluged with all sorts of spam etc... |
