Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general)
English term or phrase: leg owner
Earlier in the day, his shop won third place at the annual awards in Linamar’s *Stepping Stool* program, which ranks individual plants on financial, customer and employee satisfaction (the three “legs” of the stool). The program is the bedrock of Linamar’s culture; the awards regularly find Vehcom among the top five.

Leg owner = Leg Owner is the individual who champions either the Customer, Employee and/or Financial Leg. Their responsibilities include superior knowledge and understanding of all indicators in their leg and will also be involved on a monthly basis with the ‘closing’ of the month in the Stepping Stool application.
