neutral  Tony M: Not sure, at first I thought it meant 'grandeur nature' (the usual meaning of 'at scale'), but I wonder if here it doesn't mean rather 'on a large scale', given the explanation that follows

neutral  Isabelle Brucher: I have the impression it means "with speed & with proportion": "rapidement et de manière proportionnée", but that you may translate it by "... et à grande échelle", given what follows. It has to sound nice in French w/o betraying the original too much.
