Bonjour, voici un paragraphe où l'expression "jobs-to-be-done" ne me parle pas à 100 % et je ne vois pas d'équivalent français pour le moment.
Voici le paragraphe en question :

J'ai l'impression qu'on oppose ici "efficacité" et "efficience", l'efficacité visant à (vite) donner au client le produit ou le service qu'il demande, alors que l'efficience viserait plutôt à comprendre le besoin du client pour l'aider à cerner le résultat recherché et de là, le produit ou service propre à répondre effectivement au besoin. Dans ce sens, et en tenant compte de la référence suggérée par Odile (que je trouve aussi très pertinente), "jobs-to-be-done" ne renvoie pas tant à une liste de "tâches à accomplir" (tasks-to-do?) qu'à leur somme intégrée (d'où les traits d'union), i.e. littéralement "travaux-devant-être-réalisés" = le tout = l'objet recherché/le résultat attendu.

Dans le cadre de la gestion axée sur les résultats, on compare les résultats avec les cibles énoncées au début de la période.
En ce sens, on emploie aussi le terme résultat effectif (en anglais, effectiveness) lorsqu'on souhaite l'opposer à résultat cible ou à cible de résultat. En contexte, résultat est généralement employé au pluriel. - www.granddictionnaire.com

A job map is used to deconstruct a job that customers want to get done into specific process steps, providing organizations with a framework to capture all the customer's needs and identify opportunities to create valued solutions.

Understanding customer needs is all about understanding the job the customer is trying to get done. To begin the process, companies must create a "job map." A job map is a visual depiction of a job, deconstructed into its process steps. A job map does not show what the customer is doing; rather, it describes what the customer is trying to do. An anesthesiologist, for example, may be checking a monitor during a surgical procedure, but only as a means to monitor the patients vital signs.
