Je suppose qu'il s'agit d'un acte de divorce enregistré par un Officier d'état civil et dans ce cas on parle en France d'une transcription, comme pour tous les actes d'état civil.
Le "nous" de "majesté" est encore en vigueur en France pour les actes officiels, mais il est suivi grammaticalement d'un singulier au masculin ou au féminin, suivant le sexe du de l'auteur de l'acte [soussigné ou soussignée].
Et j'ai toujours vu une mention du genre : "ce jour, mercredi 14 juillet 2010". Quoique aujourd'hui allez trouver une administration ouverte dans l'hexagone!?
