A student who overcuts after the 10 percent point and by the 65 percent point of a semester (Last Date to Drop Without Academic Penalty) will receive a grade of "WD" (Official Withdrawal), which is non-punitive. A student who overcuts after the 65 percent point will receive the grade earned reduced by missed work for the remainder of the course, which in most cases will be an "F"."
