As Roberta says, but I feel more strongly about, it is not clear whether this is the first website of the E.D. or the website of the first E.D. Only the writer knows and (s)he will no doubt welcome your question, which will result in a change to the English version. If you absolutely can't contact the writer, I would personally drop the idea of "first" - better omitted than mis-translated, to my mind. After all, it's the website development that's important here. To address your question, Danièle, this isn't a website exclusively for executive directors: that would have read "directors'" i.e. plural. |
