In the meantime the customer (who is Dutch, as me and does not know the answer in French either) has explained to me that double-layered ("even" means here "même" and stock means "réserve") describes the phenomenon that the layers of which the hide consists have come loose from eachother, probably caused by bad treatment. When I enter "double-couches" on the internet, the result is never the same as the phenomenon described above. If therefore don't know if this expression is the equivalent of "double-layered". The customer has asked me to take this expression out of the text, for it was not necessary. Thanks a lot for all your help anyway!! |
