C'est un peu dégueulasse, j'en conviens, mais ça rappelle l'expression "avoir du nerf", "les nerfs solides", etc... On pense plus à la boucherie qu'à la chirurgie, mais il s'agit d'une femme qui n'a peur de rien, donc d'aucune métaphore...non ?
