Explanation:
Si le style est légèrement décontracté je conserverais le terme, courramment employé. Avec ou sans tiret. Dans le doute, utiliser peut-être "fans fervents" ou équivalent.

Explanation:

Si on parle bien des spectateurs des différentes chaînes du réseau (différent si les sites Web sont inclus, peut-être "public assidu")

Pour aller à contre-courant... ;-)

Le mot "fan" me gène en fait dans un contexte "pro" : fan de série TV, fan de foot ou fan de M6 (dans le langage familier / de tous les jours), mais pas dans un contexte professionnel (même décontracté, l'anglais l'est toujours un peu plus que le français).

Il y a peut-être un terme plus précis que "téléspectateurs", à voir selon le contexte !
