1.On the System menu, click Communication Test. The Communication Test dialog box appears.
2.Select X Recording System and click Ping.
3.If there is no communication :
a. Check that the compatible X system is turned on and that a patient study has been loaded.
b. Check that cabling is secure between the compatible X system and the YYY System workstation.
c.Make sure that a crossed-wire Ethernet cable is used between the compatible X system and the YYY System workstation
d.Replace the Ethernet cable between the compatible X system and the YYY System workstation.
4.Repeat steps 1 and 2 above.
5.If the communications failure remains, call your service and support representative.
