Yes, in fact the '3-pronged end' is not only rather redundant, but also to be deprecated, technically! Especially as in France it would NOT have '3 prongs', but 2 prongs + a hole!
I would simply replace the whole expression by:
"la fiche 2P +T du cordon secteur" — which is, after all, what it really means! |
