Merci bcp pour votre aide, je ne comprends pas le lien entre "drive " et "e-mail"....

Explanation:
en fait c'est un "shared drive" consacré aux e-mails. Tous les employés partagent le même espace pour leurs mails.

on pourrait dire aussi "un drive commun pour les e-mails"...
