J'ai mis à jour le pilote de ce petit composant de mon ordinateur la semaine dernière. J'ai un magazine français de montage de composants d'ordinateur sous les yeux qui définit le "chipset" comme suit :
Elément moteur de la carte mère, le chipset gère le flux de données entre le processeur et les différents composants du PC.
Bien évidemment, c'est pas joli joli ce mot anglais, mais la traduction officielle c'est "jeu de puces", je trouve ça encore plus moche. |
