hello,

can someone tell me what "retrofit bolt" can mean?

"retrofit" is usually used for "réhabilitation" but in this case, i have no clue.
Does it mean that is a kind of "boulon recyclé"???

Context : "RFBs (Retrofit Bolts) are clean, oil free, pre-cut threaded rod, supplied with nut and washer. Offers a complete engineered anchoring system when used with XXXXX adhesive. Inspection is easy; the head is stamped with rod length and "No Equal" symbol for identification after installation."
