This product is designed for wood connection in construction field. Most of my text is about hangers for joist and header. There is always a short description of the product or in this particular case, just some model references. I think FX is right. Thanks for your help.

I suspect you'll find that the term in FR depends a great dela on what it is actually being used for, so it would be very helpful to know at least what kind of field this is in? And does your customer make saddle-hangers for all kinds of industires, or is this simply one accessory for their main line of products? If so, what are those?
