I'm not a specialist in this field so I can not understand which part it refers to especially -- wear pads

I tried to translate it as > une plaque de fixation pour la tête avec des tampons d'usure et le cylindre hydraulique pour la suppression de libérer l'axe de forage

But as I don't understand the equipment part I am doubtful about the translation.
