A menu make mention of "Church Buffalo Chicken Wings" would you turn it into "Ailes de poulet recette Buffalo" or leave ir as "Buffalo wings" for instance ?

Not sure with all this "franglais" in my mind :-/

Asker: My first thought but I am not a 100% sure... would you then translate "Church buffalo chicken wings served with Brown Soda Bread" into "Buffalo wings servis avec le traditionnel Brown Soda Bread irlandais" ??
