D'après ce que l'on voit sur les documents Internet contenant "Cheat ingredients", il s'agit de produits de commodité (sauces préfabriquées, etc.) que l'on utilise par flemme de composer la sauce soi-même, pour ne pas avoir à couper d'oignons, etc. Or, il est connu que ce genre de produits contient de nombreux ingrédients douteux, par exemple des colorants artificiels, qui, eux, peuvent très bien provoquer des allergies. La lettre C ne se trouvant pas tout à fait à proximité de la lettre W autant sur le clavier US que sur le clavier GB, cela fait davantage douter de la théorie de la typo. Il vaut mieux demander au client pour avoir le cœur net.
Même si les "cheat ingredients" existent bien, dans ce contexte d'avertissement sur les produits allergènes cela n'aurait pas grand sens, alors que wheat en fait bien partie.
Je ne pense pas car il y a près de 5000 occurences sur Google pour "cheat ingredients" qui semblent surtout utilisés par les indiens - il semblerait que ce soit des ingrédients "pré-parés"/"pré-cuisinés" ou accomodés pour ne pas râter un plat - cf: http://www.verylazy.com/cheat-ingredients/

Il doit y avoir une erreur de frappe dans votre texte, car "cheat" n'a pas de sens ici.
CHEAT : fait penser à "tromperie/fraude", donc à un sens tel que "frelaté" (adulterated), par exemple, mais cela n'a pas de sens ici.
