problem 1 I have to translate this sentence "pineapple-laced slush " in French

here is the context The bartenders manage to grind out enough vodka and strawberry or pineapple-laced slush"

second problem: do you think that "to grind out" in this context means "to blend" =melanger (sorry for the accent)
