English term or phrase: divide in glazes

Boil the milk and the cream. Let the tea infuse in the boiled milk and the cream for 6 min. Sieve and pour on the chocolate drops. Mix and **divide in glazes**.
Make some foam with the whole milk. Pour the foam on top of the fruity chocolate drink. Serve hot.
