English term or phrase: record a majority of any class
Bonjour,

Dans un accord de distribution, je ne comprends pas bien ni le sens, ni la structure de cette partie :

"Associated Company" means any Person that (a) is a holding company of the entity, (b) is a Subsidiary of the entity, or (c) directly or indirectly owns beneficially or of record a majority of any class of the equity of the entity, or has the ability to direct the management or policies of the entity."

Merci pour votre aide.
