English term or phrase:bidding parameters / requirements
Est-ce que cela désigne la même chose que "bidding specifications", traduit sur Proz.com par "cahier des charges" ?
Voici deux phrases tirées de mon texte (sur la privatisation d'autoroutes françaises et américaines) :
