We would like to know how to translate that term into French. Here is some context:

"Loaded language consists of words with strongly positive or negative connotations intended to influence a reader’s or listener’s attitude."

je préfère ma solution déjà mentionnée, toutefois on pourrait aussi penser à "lourd de sens"pour "loaded"

Je pense qu'à part les traductions déjà fournies, loaded language peut être aussi "langage engagé". Aussi, il peut s'agir de "discours à message subliminal". Vous pouvez donner plus de contexte ?

Car "lourd de sens" (magnifique construction) respecte un certain registre stylistique et est plutot poetique. Pour un texte pedagogique, il est un peu vague. Ce n'est pas une expression des linguistes, mais des ecrivains et des poetes.
