I thought it might be "étudiants réguliers" but found "regular student" in Termium.
All help welcome (especially explanation by native English speakers)

Ne s'agirait-il pas ici de "degree students" par opposition à "non-degree students" ? Certains étudiants étrangers font simplement des échanges et leurs cours sont crédités dans leur univeristé d'oorigine, tandis que d'autres suivent une formation diplômante.

Explanation:
Degree in english is their university qualitications after High school (for USA) and A levels for the UK... Though they have Bachelor degrees and Bachelor degrees with Hons. Equivalence with french qualifications varies. MY BSC Hons is equivalent to previously called "maîtrise" whereas if you have just a Bachelor without Hons, it is equivalent to "licence".. Yest in France the term Bachelor is beginning to be used as it is.... En france, ceux qui auraient déjà un Bachelor avec Hons (mention) aurait donc l'équivalent d'un Master 1 déjà par le fait qu'ils ont fait une dissertation.

La terminologie de Bologne ou le LMD auxquelles les universités françaises s'adaptent et qu'elles intègrent.. LMD = Licence Master Doctorat. Dans votre cas je pense que l'on peut dire Licence car de toutes façons un Bachelor est à minima une Licence

En même temps sur le net on parle beaucoup en général de mobilité des étudiants, et cela inclut même les Masters et doctorants. Ne peut on pas donc juste dire "étudiants universitaires" comme le suggère Stéphanie, cela inclurait donc même les doctorants donc ! Dans les dictionnaires pour "degree" on trouve "licence" ET "diplôme".....
