I work for an umbrella education service called Access and Inclusion, which supports children with a range of difficulties/disabilities in mainstream schools. Inclusion can mean pupils with severe Physical disabilities being taught FULL TIME alongside their able bodies peers. Ditto for pupils with Visual/Hearing Impairments.
Various education groups hold Inclusion Conferences, looking at how to implement or improve inclusion.
